I don't know if this is true, but I think there's a special place in every writer's heart for their first agency. The Marketing Arm was mine and after 3.5 insanely fun years – the agency and the people certainly hold a special place in my heart.

So, when I was asked to create a video for TMA that captures the spirit and family of the agency, I was thrilled! The only challenge of this experience was that they had already shot over 65 employee interviews, averaging 20-30 minutes a piece, and it was my task to comb through all that footage and turn it into a 4-minute video that covers all aspects of the agency's culture.

After 5 months of hard work, the final result is a video that our team is so proud of.
